Mikey folded back his wings and tightened the blanket around Nils as he walked into the store. A shop assistant gave him a slightly strange look. It's fine. I'm just a father with a baby.

He rummaged through the baby clothes, checking he had his wallet on him.

The auburn haired man pulled out an array of warm clothes quietly, checking the sizing against his baby son. Wide eyed, Nils reached out for a rattle. "No..." Mikey tried to reason with his son, but couldn't resist the look in his eyes.

Mikey paid for the stuff in silence, ignoring the look the check out girl gave him. Nils triumphantly hit his father on the head with the rattle.

"Atch you." The auburn haired man murmured. Nils gave him a big smile, baring his fangs. "Come on. Let's get home."
