Ryland sighed. He could smell the scent of Avian all over the person standing outside his door but it wasn't strong as if the person had just changed. "What do you want?" he called. "I'd leave if I were you. You've put yourself in a very vulnerable position."

Demyx took a breath. "Is that Ryland in there? The vampire leader?" He asked, slipping his knife back into his holster. If it was Ryland, there would be no need for them...He hoped not anyway.

"Yes," Ryland sighed again. "What do you want?"

Demyx folded his arms and took a step back from the door, not sure if Ryland was coming out or not. "I'm here about the war." He stated.
So far I'm making sense... He thought, gulping.

Ryland considered opening the door, but decided that at the moment it wasn't necessary. "My people has always been at war. You have to be more specific." He chuckled.

Cyzarine began pacing, annoyed at being unaware of whatever was happening inside. She stopped suddenly as she made up her mind, a determined frown on her face.
Cyzarine managed to break down the door from the roof to inside the Meagan and set off hurriedly; searching for Demyx.

"Listen avian, you're obviously a very lucky man to have made it in here without resistance so I suggest you leave and not press your luck any further." Ryland rubbed his forehead.

Demyx chuckeled. "I'd be intimidated- if it werent for the fact your talking from behing a locked door. Hiding from someone are we o' might vampire leader?"

Cyzarine stopped at this, eyes widening as she realised who was speaking. Demyx? Please get out of there. she called, afraid of what might happen if Demyx angered Ryland.

Ryland hissed. "I'll count backwards from five to give you a chance to escape. Five..."

Demyx smirked and leant against the wall. "I'm not leaving..."
He removed a knife. "Are you armed Ryland?"

Cyzarine's eyes widened. Demyx! Get out of there!

"Four," Ryland's voice was completely emotionless.

Demyx rolled his eyes and began twiddling his knife between his forefinger and tumb. He wasnt going to use it- but it might be good to keep Ryland back...Even though it probably wouldnt.

Cyzarine watched Demyx in astonishment. There's a fine line between bravery and stupidity. She reminded him mentally, also debating whether to go drag him away or not.

"Three," Ryland started walking towards the door.

Demyx paused as he heard footsteps and readied himself. "Still not leaving."

Cyzarine bit her lip and darted over to Demyx, latching onto his arm and trying to pull him back the way she'd come. "Are you craxy?!" she hissed, keeping her voice as quiet as she could. "He'll kill you!"

"Two," Ryland put his hand on the doorknob.

Demyx shoved Cyzarine away and glared at her. "I said stay out of harms way." He hissed, black wisps appearing around him. He blinked and stared at them. What a time to find my ability as an Avian... He shrugged then used the black...things to grab Cyzarine and drag her down the hallway.

Cyzarine's eyes widened, and she began struggling against the balck things. Demyx! Stop it!!

"One," Ryland unlocked the door and closed his eyes, ramming his consciousness into whatever vampires were nearby and commanding them to spead the word about the intruders. They obeyed quickly since they knew that they were in danger of punishment for letting the avians in in the first place.

Demyx frowned as he heard the door unlock. "You coming out or what?" He asked, removing another knife.

Cyzarine continued to struggle, watching as vampires turned to gape at her in surprise. Demyx, stop! Please! she begged, still fighting the black tendrils as best she could.

Ryland threw the door open without warning and it almost came off of it's hinges. His eyes flashed red as he tackled Demyx, slashing with his fangs and concealed knives he flicked out of their hiding places. He hissed and snarled, unable to speak in this state of mind.
