Mikey touched down on the ground, ruffling his wings languidly. He waited for Butcher to touch down with a slight smile.

Butcher landed ungracefully, wobbling on his feet a little. He sighed in relief when he didn't land on his face.

Mikey laughed. "You'll need to work on that!" He teased, striding away into the rows of gravestones. "Oh, by the way... Avian bodies don't naturally decompose." He wrinkled his nose. "Most Avians are cremated."

Cyzarine landed behind Mikey, panting slightly. At first she had decided against following him to the graveyard, but eventually decided that if Andrew was going, so was she.

He raised an eyebrow as he heard the third member of their party touch down, but didn't say anything.

"Cyzarine," Butcher smiled at her. "Were you following us?"

"Yes," replied Cyzarine breathlessly, "and yelling all the way." She looked to Mikey. "Do you know Demyx Melody?" she asked.

Mikey didn't answer. His wings gently brushed at the opening of a tomb.

Butcher looked from one to the other. He had no idea who Demyx Melody was.

Cyzarine frowned adn ventured forwards a few steps. "Mikey? Do you remember him?" she asked. She glanced to Butcher and smiled. "I like him. So does Hatty - Mikey, he can see and hear Hatty!" she exclaimed excitedly.

"Cyzarine, I don't care!" Mikey roared, spinning around. "I don't give a damn about your imaginary friends!" Face pale and taunt, he turned back to the tomb, gently pressing his fingers to the door and opening it.

Butcher's eyes widened and he turned his full attention to Cyzarine, wondering how she'd react.

Cyzarine eyes widened and her face paled at the outburst. Tears filled her eyes, blurring the red iris with the murky-blue outing of her eyes. She swallowed carefully.
"Hatty's real." she called, voice trembling. "She's reall! She's real!" she screamed, racing towards Mikey, tears streaming from her eyes. "And Demyx can see her!"

Mikey gave her a scathing look and entered the tomb, lighting the lamp hanging from the wall.

Butcher opened his mouth to speak but closed it again. He wasn't sure who he should address or if he could say anything that wouldn't make it worse.

Cyzarine stared after Mikey, looking into the tomb. "Hatty's real - really, she is!" she sobbed, tearing at her hair madly. "Please, Mikey, please let Demyx stay! He sees her, he sees Hatty! Please let him stay!" she begged.

Mikey's eyes widened. "Get out." He hissed venemously, before turning to look at the bodies. He sat down and drew his knees up, staring bleakly at the little girl.

Butcher tried to catch Cyzarine's eye to make a sign that she should ask later. Now didn't seem like a good time.

Cyzarine sank her knees, and sat at the entrance to the tomb, sobbing quietly, trying to stop but failing.
"Hatty is real..." she whispered through the sobs.

Mikey's face was blank now as he looked at his child. He reached out a hand, carressing her cold flesh. She looked like she was sleeping.

Butcher walked over to Cyzarine and patted he back sympathetically. Now was really not a good time.

Cyzarine blinked up at Butcher and whimpered quietly. "H-Hatty isn't imaginary...I can see her b-but so can D-Demyx." she protested feebly. "She's real...Hatty's real..."

"I'm glad he broke your neck." Mikey whispered, unsure whether Butcher could hear him or not. "You still look beautiful."

Butcher couldn't believe what he'd just heard but he didn't say a word.

Cyzarine tugged gently on Butcher's trouser leg. "H-Hatty's real...please believe me...Hatty's real..." she told him.
