Victory

Aliceabella closed her eyes and made the fire dissappear, leaning against the wall to stop herself from sinking to the floor.

Ryland frowned, growling slightly at Tom's neck as he forced his mouth open so the blood would drip in.

Aliceabella's knees buckled, causing her to slump to the floor. She sighed and tried to push herself up, ignoring the fact she was shaking all over.

"Why aren't you changing...?" Ryland frowned since there was no difference at all yet.

Aliceabella bit her lip as she managed to stand, only to sink back down again. She ignored the men on the other side of the room, pregnancy test clutched tight in her hand.

Ryland used his mental power to move and firmly hold Aliceabella in a standing position although he didn't seem to be paying much attention to her otherwise. "Enjoy your last moments as a human."

Aliceabeall frowned in confusion before gripping onto the wall to keep herself there, her desire to burn seeping away.

Ryland let Tom drop to the floor and watched him. Soon...

Aliceabella managed to move forwards so she was standing slightly nearer. "Are you making him your mate?" She asked quietly.

"I don't know," Ryland watched Tom closely for any changes.

Aliceabella sighed. "You need one I suppose."

"Anything?" Ryland asked Tom sharply.

Aliceabella looked down at Tom before slowly turning to go. "I'll leave you to it then." She whispered, not expecting Ryland to care.

"Do you feel any different yet?" Ryland asked Tom.

Ryland frowned. "Give it some time."

Ryland's frowned deepened. "Why aren't you changing?"
