Not according to plan

Ryland tried not to look down. "Do you need anything?"

Aliceabella moved from the bed and over to the chair in the corner, curling up as small as possible.

Damian nodded. "Need to see her." He said simply.

Ryland held the door open, having no reason to bar Alucard's entry.

Aliceabella felt her breath hitch. "Don't let him in." She whispered.

Damian nodded and slowly walked into the room. He glanced around the room, spotting Aliceabella after a moment.

Ryland asked, "Why not?"

Aliceabella's eyes widened. "He needs healing." She whispered, curling herself up into a smaller ball.

Damian moved forwards. "So your not as stupid as you look." He narrowed his eyes at Aliceabella.

Ryland looked amused, "And how would you be able to help?"

Aliceabella shook her head. "It's complicated."

Damian reached out and yanked the female to his feet. "She can explain some other time."

Ryland shrugged and got out of the other vampire's way.

Aliceabella whimpered and panicked, kicking Damian in the groin. Her eye's widened as she realised what she'd done.

Damian hissed in pain and fell to his knees.

Ryland winced in sympathy for how much he imagined it hurt.

Aliceabella bit her lip and looked up at Ryland. "I sort of...panicked."

Damian growled in pain and slowly stood, glaring at Aliceabella.

Ryland decided to stay out of the couple's business.

Aliceabella took a deep breath and looked at Damian. "Can't you just leave me alone?"

Damian winced as pain shot through him. He yanked Aliceabella close and sunk his fangs into her collarbone. For several moments he drained blood from the wound before letting go of her and heading for the door, feeling a hell of a lot better. "See you." He said simply, walking out.

"What was that?" Ryland raised his eyebrows in amusement.

Aliceabella swayed on her feet slightly. "That's what he uses the blood tie for." She whispered, placing a hand on the wound.

Damian walked down the hallway and out of the lobby, heading back towards his apartment in the city centre.

"Are you going to bleed to death? You're part human." Ryland watched.
