Simple And Clean

Aliceabella shifted in Ryland's arms as she remembered that her bag was behind reception and that she needed to get the key for her new room. Biting her lip she wondered if she'd be able to stand, her legs felt extremly shaky.

Ryland carried Aliceabella past the front desk and down a hallway to where he could leave her for medical attention.

Aliceabella looked up at him, slight frown on her face. "Where are we going?"

"Medical clinic," Ryland said simply and clearly.

Aliceabella nodded slowly, moving so she could look at the back of his head. "You need to get that looked at." She whispered.

"Right..." Ryland had forgotten about the blow with the shovel.

Aliceabella let her head rest against his chest again, suddenly wincing as pain shot through her teeth. "Ow!" She cried.

"What is it?" Ryland asked. "Where does it hurt? You'll have to tell the physician."

Aliceabella winced again. "My teeth hurt." She told him, speaking slowly.

"Why do your teeth hurt?" Ryland stood and waited for someone to hold the door open.

Aliceabella shrugged. "No idea." She poked her teeth with a finger then frowned as she felt something sharp.

Ryland watched her carefully. "They're just changing."

Aliceabella nodded slowly, looking back up at him. "Why do you have a cut on the back of your head anyway?"

"I was hit," Ryland smirked slighly and shook his head at his own stupidity.

Aliceabella tilted her head. "Why did someone hit you?"

"Because I didn't properly dispose of him," Ryland frowned.

Aliceabella wrinkled her nose slightly, tracing patterns on his shirt with her finger.

Ryland took a look around the waiting area of the medical clinic and decided to take a seat. It was a busy day.

Aliceabella shifted in his arms slightly, taking off her gloves and frowning down at her brunt hands.

Ryland watched for a moment before trying to catch the eye of a vampire working there.

Aliceabella glanced round, frowning as she saw a couple of vampires pointing at her and sniggering. She looked back down at her hands, trying to figure out what they were sniggering at.

Ryland noticed the mocking vampires and raised an eyebrow, turning to look at Aliceabella.

Aliceabella sighed, realising they must simply think she was pathetic or something along those lines.

Ryland shrugged, losing interest as he noticed someone walking towards them.

Aliceabella looked up at Ryland before following his gaze to the vampire walking towards them.
