Because of You

Aliceabella screamed, desperatly attempting to set herself alight.

Wren grabbed Aliceabella's arm adn yanked her out of Damian's grip. "For the love of the Lord, man! Give it a rest!"

Damian sighed. "How many times, no one wants her around so therefor no one will miss her."

Aliceabella bit her lip. "He does want me." Aliceabella whispered. "He takes care of me." It was clear she wasn't talking about Damian.

Wren glanced to Aliceabella and nodded. "I want her around, so fuck off."

Damian chuckled. "Pretty soon you'll grow sick of her, I'm just taking her away before that time." He moved forward and scooped Aliceabella up again.

Aliceabella sighed, she knew he was right. No one wanted her around.

Wren growled and pulled Aliceabella back again. "For Lord's sake stand up for yourself!"

Damian chuckled. "She knows there no point."

Aliceabella stayed where she was before nodding in agreement with Damian. "No one cares about me." She whispered, voice barely above a whisper.

Wren groaned. "So what, I've been fighting to stop him from taking and doing who-knows-what to you for no reason? For the love of the Lord...!"

Damian grinned. "Run back to your little leader Wren, I'll see to it you dont have to worry about her anymore." He grabbed Aliceabella and strode from the room quickly.

Aliceabella merely stared at her hands sadly. She didn't rest her head against his chest like she did when Ryland was carrying her.

Wren ran after them and grabbed Aliceabella's ankle, forcing Damian to stop moving.

Damian sighed. "What now?"

Aliceabella looked up at Wren, and shook her head sadly. There was nothing Wren could do for her now.

Wren glared. "You're giving up?!"

Damian smirked. "There's so much you dont understand." He told Wren, turning to go.

Aliceabella closed her eyes, tears of shame flowing down her face.

Wren shoved Aliceabella away. "The bastard is right - you are weak." she snarled.

Damian smirked and began carrying Aliceabella away.

Aliceabella shifted her body so she could see Wren but so Damian couldnt see her face. She grinned slyly, showing there was another motive behind what she was doing. "Let Ryland know where I've gone." She mouthed, grin disappearing as she was jerked back into Damian's arms.

Wren glared after them. She headed off to find Ryland, wondering why she even bothered sometimes.

Damian carried Aliceabella towards the exit, smirk on his face.

Aliceabella sighed, realising Ryland might not even care. Even so, she still wanted him to know.
