Ryland ran up to the Meagan, fangs still bared in an evil smile. He took William up to his room and sat him on a chair away from his bed. "I told you it wouldn't take long," he chuckled, using a softer voice for the woman on the bed than he'd ever used for William although it still wouldn't qualify as sensitive.

"What did you bring me here for?" William snarled, a defiant glare in his eyes.

"You were hurting," Ryland made a mockingly sympathetic face. "Is there anyway that I can prolong the experience?"

"What do you want?" William hissed, still staring with disgust at Ryland.

"Would you like me to take the little fairy away? I know it bothers you that she's around," Ryland grinned.

"Don't you dare touch her!" William yelled, becoming impatient. "None of that is your business."

"Are you sure, William?" Ryland shrugged. "Suit yourself."

William bit his lip, trying to calm down. "What did you bring me here for?" he asked again, petting the part of his stomach that Ryland had punched.

"No reason," Ryland grinned. "But since you're here... You should visit Mikey while you still can. Soon Mandible House will be mine."

"What do you mean?" William asked suspiciously, a hand splayed out across his stomach protectively.

"Russell's declared war against me. There's no way he can win," Ryland raised his eyebrows. "I'm not going to kill your children William. If I was going to do that I would have just killed you already."

William smirked. "And what exactly gives me the proof to trust you? Nothing," he frowned, rubbing his stomach carefully.

"I delivered a baby today," Ryland chuckled. "And abortions are getting a little old."

William raised an eyebrow, still petting his stomach. "Ryland, what do you want from me?" he asked, trying to get the man's attention so he could get out sooner.

"Nothing," Ryland said childishly, deriving some kind of hidden amusement from William that wasn't even remotely obvious.

Aliceabella frowned at the conversation Ryland and this man were having. She thought about asking who the man was- but decided to stay silent as it was cleary none of her buisness.

William eyed the girl for a moment before turning back to Ryland. "Well if you have no need for me here, then I'm leaving," he said calmly before standing up and trying to waddle away.

Ryland raised his eyebrows and chuckled at the sight of William waddling. "I'm not keeping you here. Leave if you wish."

William turned around with a frown. "Then why the hell did you bring me here in the first place?" he asked, a confused look in his eyes.

Ryland shrugged, "If you don't let Carden take you I'm going to come retrieve you. You know what I'll do then, William. I've decided I like your new mate, he causes you plenty of emotional distress."

William kept a hand on his stomach. "We do have our differences occasionally. But he treats me better than you ever even tried to fake while we were in front of other clans. It's amazing how you can fake being kind, and yet he doesn't and he still treats me better than you ever did," he almost hissed.

Ryland shrugged, grin still in place. "Waddle away, William. You've made your point."

William smiled politely before walking up to Ryland, and shoving his knee into the man's groin area again, harder than before. He smiled at the man before leaving again.

Ryland doubled over again, laughing harshly though his pain. "By the way, nice breats!" He yelled after his former mate. "They're bigger than last time."

William stopped walking. He waddled back towards Ryland. He looked unamused. "And just to tell you, parts of 'last time' are back. You're even more of a bastard than I had thought you were, and last time I checked, that was impossible," he hissed before turning to walk away again.
