Aliceabella held the door open for Ryland as she stepped into the Meagan, smiling at how warm it was.

Ryland handed the box to another vampire and nodded when the man asked if he wanted it assembled.

Aliceabella frowned, trying to remember where the nursery was.

Ryland put his hands in his pockets, following Aliceabella.

Aliceabella looked up at Ryland, "Which way is the nursery?"

"This way," Ryland turned to the right corridor.

Aliceabella nodded, trying to keep track of the room numbers as they walked, "I don't think I'll ever be able to find my way around this place."

"You'll get used to it after a few decades," Ryland opened the door to the nursery.

"Suppose..." Aliceabella muttered, stepping into the nursery and looking round for Vlad.

Ryland stayed in the doorway.

Aliceabella picked Vlad up and walked back to Ryland.
The blond infant stared at Ryland in confusion. "Pa?" He asked, tilting his head.

Ryland looked down at the child he delievered and chuckled.

Vlad reached towards Ryland, determind look on his face. "Papapa." He repeated.
Aliceabella frowned and tried to hold onto the bag with clothes in and stop Vlad from falling out of her arms.

Ryland took the bag from Aliceabella so she could concentrate on holding Vlad.

Vlad wriggled, still trying to reach Ryland. "Pa!" He repeated determindly.
Aliceabella sighed and tightened her grip on Vlad. "Vladdy, stay still."

Ryland looked confused, "I'm not your father."

Vlad continued reaching, still repeating the word 'Pa'. Aliceabella frowned, "He must be confused." She tried to stop Vlad from falling.

"I'll hold him," Ryland sighed and held the bag of clothes out.

Aliceabella took the bag and handed Vlad to Ryland. Vlad gurgled happily, "Pa!"

Ryland chuckled, shaking his head. "To your room?"

Aliceabella nodded, "Sorry about him,I don't know why he's calling you Pa." She muttered, kissing Vlad on the forehead as she walked down the corridor.

Ryland walked with the child in his arms, holding it correctly but not exactly cuddling it.

Vlad gurgled happily, staring at the rooms as they passed them.
Aliceabella frowned and looked round, trying to remember the way to her room.

Ryland chuckled, wondering if Aliceabella was going to ask for help or not.

Aliceabella frowned, determind to find her room. She started walking down the wrong corridor.
Vlad giggled, watching his mother.
